Feature Analyzer Module (also called ISFA or Inter Sample Feature Analyzer) is a logical extension of Global Mapper module that enables 'pair wise as well as grouped statistical comparative analysis' for the functional abundance profiles corresponding to various (supplied) metagenomic environments. Wilcoxon rank sum and Kruskal wallis tests with (BH) corrected and uncorrected p-values are used for performing the comparisons. The choice of test is automatically decided based on number of comparable environments in the metadata. All the results are generated in personalized dashboards with interactive visualizations in the form of Heatmaps, Cladograms and Contribution Tables etc.
