Local Mapper module enables end-users to probe in greater detail the enzyme abundance profile(s) and microbial contribution profile for individual KEGG pathway/ function of interest. Heatmaps for pathway specific enzyme profile of the environment are displayed, alongwith the Dendrobar diagrams (depicting various microbes contributing to the pathway of interest) are generated in personalized dashboards for the users. KEGG mapper files suitable for visualizing the pathway diagram for supplied metadata on KEGG webserver are also generated by Local Mapper.
